Beautiful boutique hotel, cleverly done. Lovely room, quiet calm pool areas with a choice between the heated swimming pool tucked away from the bustle of the city with birdsong in the shade of the garden trees and the cool rooftop plunge pool with views across Palma. We enjoyed the Spa with superb treatments by Jaz All completely glorious but the best bit was the fantastic staff - everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. The concierge team especially! Thank you Can Bordoy.

Beautiful design, the rooms and general areas of hotel are stunning! would agree with other reviews rooms aren’t quite suite size for an all suite hotel. The gardens and pool areas a beautiful, small pool as expected for a city hotel Food was excellent, we dined for dinner twice and both times the food was incredible. The staff were so helpful and friendly, couldn’t help you enough, which was much appreciated.

Characterful hotel building and comfortable bed in the old town with very friendly and helpful staff. The innovative plant-led restaurant was an unexpected bonus. We really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely, quiet garden terrace at the rear of the property and making use of its outdoor heated pool - in April.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. So aesthetic and comfy. We stayed during the winter, so they had the cutest Christmas decorations. The hotel is like a Harry Potter movie: majestic and mysterious. We booked the rooftop room with the jacuzzi. I can only imagine how amazing it must be in warmer times. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is at its best. Everywhere you go is reachable by foot, with the most stunning view at the Cathedral. Also, a lot of other monumental things are near by.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms (suites) vary quite a bit in terms of style and size within the same room category (we moved rooms due to an issue with the air-con, so saw two), so you can feel like you are getting more value for your money in some rather than others! Hotel is well maintained and stylish and the location perfect for exploring.

The attitude of all the staff was exceptional, the restaurant menu and service also. A wonderful return visit, I was greeted as a friend and all inquiries regarding excursions, restaurant bookings and transport were attended to with superb attention and care. Again a truly special holiday in this beautiful hotel.

Very well finished rooms. A La Carte breakfast had good gluten- and dairy-free options. Location was central yet quiet. Roof terrace was nice on sunny days and the garden part of the restaurant was beautiful.

We had the best possible stay at Can Bordoy. The staff was extremely friendly and more than fulfilled all our wishes. We celebrated our anniversary and ordered therefore a bottle of cava to the room in advance - when we arrived, we came into a beautifully decorated room with a small surprise from the house in addition to our order. In addition, I think we got a free room upgrade. Our room was beautiful, special and extremely cozy. Particularly noteworthy is the comfortable and huge bed. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Palma. The house and garden are beautiful, unfortunately it was a bit too cold for the two pools in February, but both the rooftop pool and the pool in the garden looked very well maintained and inviting. We had planned to stay two nights and ended up extending for one night.
